Order Cancellation Policy

At SVIN, we understand that plans can change. We aim to keep our cancellation process simple and customer-friendly.

Prepaid Orders

Customers may cancel an eligible order before it has been shipped. For successfully cancelled prepaid orders, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded, with no cancellation charges.

The refund will be processed to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to reflect may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders can be cancelled without any cancellation charges before shipment. Since no payment has been collected in advance, no refund will be applicable.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped or handed over to our delivery partner, cancellation may no longer be possible. Customers may follow our applicable 15-Day Exchange & Refund Policy after receiving the order.
