Products purchased from SVIN are eligible for exchange or refund within 15 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

* A valid order confirmation, invoice or proof of purchase is required.

* For approved refunds, the amount will be processed to the original payment method, subject to applicable processing timelines.
